Hen Ogledd’s meaning comes from the Welsh name for The Old North. Mogic is Hen Ogledd’s third LP, which sees the trio of Dawn Bothwell, Richard Dawson and Rhodri Davies expanded to a quartet with Sally Pilkington joining the fray and is their most surprising and accessible work yet’.
